Homezone Surveyors are a well respected, local company, offering both Property Condition and Building (Structural) surveys to Homebuyers/sellers at a competitive price and cover Bristol, Bath and the South West of England.
Our surveys are most comprehensive and include a scoring system and most importantly ‘Individual Estimates of Cost’ for repair of exposed defects which we believe to be unique to Homezone and which are very useful in not only establishing the financial commitment of a property purchase but also in helping support any re-negotiation with the vendor should the need arise.
In addition, if you are planning to make any changes to the property, we are happy to meet with you at the end of the survey to discuss your proposals and offer advice and likely costings.
Our experienced surveyors have good local knowledge and of course all surveys are covered by full Professional Indemnity Insurance for your peace of mind.
Once instructed, we will make all the necessary arrangements with the vendor/selling agent and aim to dispatch the completed report to you by first class post within 48 hours of survey and can also send a PDF copy to you or your legal adviser on request.
Unlike most surveyors we do not request any upfront payment and will invoice you when the report is dispatched, again ensuring your complete peace of mind.
