What Do Our Surveys Cover?
Our reports are very comprehensive and cover all accessible and visible areas and are divided into two main sections*.
External
chimney stacks, lead work, roof coverings, external walls, joinery items (windows, doors, fascias, soffits etc), rainwater goods / drainage, under floor ventilation, damp proof course, garaging / outbuildings, site conditions (including boundary walls / fencing).
Internal
roof space/s with emphasis on timber defects, under felt and insulation, structural condition of walls and floors, joinery items, electronic metering of damp, electrical, plumbing and gas items, sanitary ware, décor and where applicable, communal areas.
